Why Alston & Bird

At Alston & Bird, we are as committed to the integration and development of our lateral attorneys as those who join us directly out of law school. In addition to the efforts made within each practice group, we have formal orientation, training, and mentoring programs that extend for several months beyond a lawyer's first day with the firm. We strive to minimize the stress involved with going through a lateral move and prioritize the integration of our lateral attorneys.
