The Washington County CDA administers a number of loan programs that can help you to finance critical improvements to your home. These funds can be used for just about anything that makes your home safer or more energy-efficient. Things like:
Replacing a roof. Plumbing or electrical work. Accommodating a residents physical disability. Or correcting building code violations.
Income requirements are listed below and vary by program. Some programs have restrictions on additional assets, and all require that you own the home and are current on any mortgage payments.
