This program empowers individuals needing PCA services to have control over the selection, training, and management of their personal care assistants (PCAs). As a recognized Employer of Record and PCA Choice Provider, Access North facilitates all payroll responsibilities including taxes, billing, and employee background checks, while also providing extensive support to ensure the successful use of the PCA Choice option.
