Only professionally trained chefs cook on-site in our mobile kitchens so every ingredient is seasoned to perfection and delivered at the right temperature. Because of this commitment to quality, we can offer more elegant services including guest choice tableside, a served dinner where the guests order their entree once seated and family style service where platters are delivered to each guest table.
